Happy Brother’s & Sister’s day

Happy Brother’s & Sister’s day to all of you.
I have a younger brother and i never realised the importance of having one untill he left for a far city for his engineering.
Now i miss him and realise how he has been a buddy to me.

Here’s something i created to wish him on this day.
(was in a rush to make it to the office )

i hope you all take this opportunity to give some importance to your siblings.

P.S.: I used ImageShack to make this slideshow after trying about 7 other image sharing and slideshow maker sites and scripts.
my word is that imageshack is the simplest way to do it and does not distort or disfigure your slideshow by adding an unwanted logo or bar to it.

Tech Mahindra wins Satyam bid

So, Tech Mahindra has done it. It kept saying no-no all the time, and finally Tech Mahindra is the company that has bagged Satyam, the ill-fated Software Giant.

Whatever Raju did has worked out great for Tech M.

Tech Mahindra(formerly Mahindra British Telecom) the software arm of Mahindra & Mahindra Group, ranked 6th in the last NASSCOM rankings, has so far been focussed on the telecom sector only, and has been a pioneer there. Now it is foraying into the big sea with huge infrastructure of Satyam, with the experienced employees which were a strength of the company that made it big, big enough to shake world markets when it went down itself.

This is special for me as I am waiting for my joining with Tech Mahindra, since last September (which was postponed due to the recession and projects getting delayed). This event can change a lot for people like me. Nobody can actually say whether it is going to be good or bad. Now when Tech Mahindra gains control over Satyam it will have to take care of an emancipated beast that once roared the jungles of IT world, but once it gets better it will strengthen Tech M a lot. The number of engineering passouts of 2008 batch waiting for their joining in Satyam are huge in number, while the existing employees of Satyam seek some consolation in this acquisition by Tech M.

All I hope is that people like me get to join their dream jobs soon.
We have waited to long. I hope things turn out good for people at Satyam as well.

Launching of WallpaperTub.com

Hey there friends,
I feel pride in letting you all know that, WallpaperTub.com the World of Wallpapers

has been launched officially.

Our site is specifically made to fulfill the needs of those looking for wide screen, high definition wallpapers

as it is a tough job getting good wallpapers in that category.

The owner Mudassar is a very nice guy, and is working hard to get experts like me on the staff :-)

Sid (Siddarth the Hacker) , is managing the design part right now,

also on the team is our buddy Avinash , the CyberWizard and Sid’s ol’ friend

and I am trying my best to use whatever I have learnt in the field of web mastering to help them in their work.

With over 1000 wallpapers added every week (its just a start)  the site is destined to make a mark.

Please visit the site and you’ll believe what i just said.

Also, put your comments here about the site as I as a WebMaster need them to get positive criticism :-D

Ok so here comes the first post :)
Well I am Akhil aka AkkuDreamz…(google for me if you wana find out about me)
I’ve done Bachelor of Engineering in Comp. Sci., and currently I am working as a Website Developer, with specialisation in
PHP/Mysql/Ajax/Joomla/OSCommerce etc.
